The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth year, self-rated health, tobacco status, benefit amount, and term length. This data routes to the carriers' quoting system and isn't stored here. No name, address, phone, or full health history needed for quotes. Identical repeated requests may pull from short-lived cache.

Applying

Applying prefills a carriers' secure application with your answers, then their privacy terms apply. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129 (licensed CA agency), handles the submission.

The contact form

The form requests name, email, optional phone, your preferred reply method, topic, and message. Email to the agency; your address is the reply-to. No copies, database, or content logs kept here. Brief client-side anti-abuse checks run before sending.

Measurement

We track page views using cookieless, first-party measurement from this site. No cookies or stored identifiers; IP masking applies; referrer query strings stripped; logs expire after 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control headers skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We don't buy, sell, or share personal data; no advertising trackers; no third-party metrics. On-site third-party code appears only on the application page, only when you visit.
